Around SBN: VIDEO: Austin Rivers' Buzzer Beater Finishes Off UNC

NBA.com thinks that Travis Outlaw is Brandon Roy

If you venture over to NBA.com, you'll notice the Haier play of the day is listed as Brandon Roy making a block to stop the Nuggets, listed as follows.

"Feast your eyes on Brandon Roy rejecting the Nuggets' bid to end the Blazers' winning streak."

Naturally, you would think, "Ohh, its going to be the Carmelo Anthony block."  However, its acctually Travis Outlaw making the block as time runs out.  I'm beginning to think people don't acctually know who Travis Outlaw is.

[editor's note, by joof] Edit: This has since been fixed, but the point still remains that people have no idea who Travis Outlaw is.

Maybe they don't know who Brandon Roy is either!

only answer
nba.com, yahoo, and espn are racists. They think all black people look alike so they just indiscriminately attach names to them.

Some sample quotes to prove my point

"Al (Harrington) Sharpton takes it to the whole with the gusto of a million men"

"Willie (Green) Horton just blew that open lay up in the same manner that he blew the Dukakis campaign"

The media is full of lazy racists pure and simple.

Blazers Broadcasters Mike Barrett and Mike Rice re-enacted NBA referee Scott Foster's controversial goaltending call on Portland Trail Blazers forward LaMarcus Aldridge, who was defending Oklahoma City Thunder All-Star forward Kevin Durant, during this week's edition of Blazers Courtside. Remarkably, no one was injured during the taping of this segment.

OK, that should just about wrap up the goaltending discussion.
