The House is rockin!!!

OH MY GOD!!!!  I wish I had the words to describe how freaking awesome it was to be at the Garden last night.  I can't imagine how intimidating it must feel to be the visiting team when the entire crowd is chanting de-FENSE at the top of their lungs with one united voice.  I swear the building was shaking.  What a great game and what a great win for our beloved team!  I think I might have permanent vocal chord damage.  I hope that I heal in time for the game next Friday when I'll be at the Garden again watching our boys stomp yet another team.

Shouting Defense During the First Quarter!!!
I was so proud of you guys.  Watching on the cable, we remarked many times on how loud the crowd was.  I remember particularly being so pleased that you were shouting De-Fense loud enough to be loud over the cable broadcast during the first quarter!  In the interviews, the players expressed their appreciation too.  You guys were awesome!!

I was sitting in the 2nd row...
behind the announcers table, on the denver side. First time that close, and it was amazing. My friend and I had to yell right in each others ear to be heard during the 4th qtr.

Great game, the crowd was awsome all night, louder than the PA system.

This was the first game
since the Dallas series where I too had to yell at my friends seated next to me just to converse. At that point, it was just drinking beers and laughing. It took us less than 4 minutes in the fourth quarter to go from trailing by 7 to being up by 8. That really was incredible and thanks to the team and management for putting a team out there that deserves to be cheered, that no matter what, I will never feel like I wasted my money because they are trying their best, even if it might be in a losing effort. Go Blazers.
Hate the game, not the player.

Blazers Broadcasters Mike Barrett and Mike Rice re-enacted NBA referee Scott Foster's controversial goaltending call on Portland Trail Blazers forward LaMarcus Aldridge, who was defending Oklahoma City Thunder All-Star forward Kevin Durant, during this week's edition of Blazers Courtside. Remarkably, no one was injured during the taping of this segment.

OK, that should just about wrap up the goaltending discussion.
