Top 10 NBA Blogs

I just saw this on the Sactown Royalty Blog (post: Tuesday Footnotes)

"I don't have a subscription to Sports Business Daily, but I've been told Sactown Royalty came in at #5 on this list of the Top 10 NBA Blogs. Fellow SportsBlogs Nation sites Blazers Edge, Bullets Forever and (of course) Golden State of Mind make the cut, too."

Anyone got any more info?  Cool that the blog is getting some respect. Nice work Dave.

That's Cool
This place is the coolest.  It is an oasis in a sports world filled with antagonism and "I told you so" behavior.

TrueHoop is about the only other blog with daily updates.  The community is very nice and mature.  Dave does an excellent job of keeping the Canzano-esque posts to a minimum.  I could go on but Dave gets plenty (planny if you're in Hawai'i) of praise when he types out Quick chats.

Stay gold, Davieboy. Stay gold.

Hi, my name's Dave
I like eating whole roasted turkeys!

Wrong kind of gold?

Believer, you have forgotten the true meaning of Alvis Day. Neither is it ham, nor pomp. Nay, the true meaning of Alvis day is drinking. Drinking and revenge.

#8 on the list
of "Best Blogs in the World" is moving up a few notches, eh?

Great work Dave - we love it!

Good deal
I'm a new member to the site, and was attracted by the civility and reasoned discourse that is in such contrast to most internet discussion.  The site reminds me a lot of sons of sam horn, a very good Red Sox discussion page.  Before I found this site, I actually had an idea for a similar site dedicated to a hypothetical portland baseball team.  Anyways,   I just wanted to say that I agree with the praise, and I'm glad that there is a site like this for my basketball team.

Blazers Broadcasters Mike Barrett and Mike Rice re-enacted NBA referee Scott Foster's controversial goaltending call on Portland Trail Blazers forward LaMarcus Aldridge, who was defending Oklahoma City Thunder All-Star forward Kevin Durant, during this week's edition of Blazers Courtside. Remarkably, no one was injured during the taping of this segment.

OK, that should just about wrap up the goaltending discussion.
