Click through to Casey's Blog (so he gets a hit for his reference work) and then on to ESPN.com's Chad Ford podcast with Kevin Pritchard.  You have GOT to hear this.  It's one of the best interviews I've ever heard.  It's short too, thirteen minutes or so.  They cover so much in that thirteen minutes though.  Do yourself a favor and listen.  Then tell me again why this guy shouldn't be given a lot of power in this organization.
