Jason Quick is reporting that Darius Miles will be out for at least two weeks because his knee has not recovered fully.  Also, contrary to glowing reviews at the team's official website, he's apparently at least somewhat out of shape.  (Not surprising after knee surgery I suppose.)  So let's look ahead and pretend that Miles is going to have an intermittent season at best.  What do you do?  Is Webster the answer?  Outlaw?  Or do you go out and get somebody else?
